Professional pool deck and Jacuzzi stone installation in Med Ivory dolomite and marble limestone. We supply 35 — 18″x18″ Med Ivory dolomite tiles, install 16″x24″ 3 cm field tile and coping, grout and seal stone/marble pavers for pool decks, Jacuzzi coping, fire-pit caps, and dry-stack stone walls over concrete with a 3/4″ mud set. Ideal for pool decks, covered patios, and outdoor living areas — durable, slip-resistant, and low-maintenance.
What we supply
35 pcs — 18″ x 18″ Med Ivory dolomite tiles (supply)
16″ x 24″ field tile (3 cm) for pool deck and covered patio
Med Ivory marble/limestone coping (16″ x 24″, 2″ and 5 cm options)
Dry-stack split-face stone for Jacuzzi walls and fire pit
All setting materials: 56 bags white thinset, 30 bags mud set, sand, 10 bags grout, 5 gallons sealer
3/4″ mud set installation over existing concrete where required; trowel-set Ultra Thinset (50 lb) mixed with latex additive for full contact
Install field tiles and coping to specified slope (3/16″–1/4″ per ft) to ensure drainage
Jacuzzi coping installed on mud set with 1/8″ slope; grout and seal
Fire pit deck built with 3 cm stone caps; dry-stack walls around Jacuzzi and pit
Maintain existing control joints/divider strips; install crack membrane to reduce future fissures
Surface prep: roughen smooth backups by sanding/scarifying; verify flatness with 4′ straightedge (max 1/4″ deviation per ft)
Grout: one coat unsanded grout where required; Sealer: one coat applied and buffed with machine for deep impregnation and stain resistance; final buff to hone finish
Polish exposed 2″ edges where specified
Job protection & timing
Keep traffic off floors 48 hours after installation; avoid heavy traffic for two weeks after grouting
Tile selection: Marble Unlimited will inspect tiles for defects and color variation prior to installation; client on-site selection available for book-matching or shading preferences
Start/completion windows subject to site readiness and uncontrollable delays (weather, material shortages, force majeure)
