Install exterior pool deck stone flooring  limestone  16X24 using a floor mud set as needed to achieve proper drainage, with a finished slope of 3/16″ to 1/4″ per linear foot. Install stone using Ultra Thinset Contact 50 LB, mixed with a latex additive, and applied with a 1/2″ trowel.

All stone surfaces shall receive one coat of unsanded grout and one coat of sealer, with final buffing performed by machine to improve impregnation, stain resistance, and achieve a honed finish.

Existing control joints and divider strips shall be maintained. A crack isolation membrane shall be installed at all applicable areas to help prevent future fissures or cracking.

All smooth backup surfaces must be properly roughened by sanding or scarifying before installation. Variations from true plane or flatness shall be measured over a 4-foot span in any direction, and shall not exceed 1/4″ per linear foot.

No heavy traffic shall be permitted on newly installed stone flooring surfaces for at least two weeks after grouting.

Supply and install stone baseboard around the house and rear retaining wall, 4″ high, cut from 1/2″ tile

Supply and install metal flashing/waterproofing at areas where the concrete pad and stone tile meet the foundation walls over OSB

Supply and install 16″ x 24″ stone tile on the back side of the pool in lieu of landscaping, including all setting materials, mud set, grout, and sealer.
